They are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent with a track record of managing large-scale, ground-up projects. This individual will be responsible for driving the daily execution of complex builds, overseeing field teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet strict safety, quality, and scheduling standards. Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading all project activities with the highest level of honesty, integrity, and ethical compliance.
• Serving as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams (architects/engineers), consultants, and internal stakeholders for day-to-day project execution.
• Developing, maintaining, and managing comprehensive project schedules, including critical path analysis and coordination of long-lead, mission-critical equipment and materials essential to data center delivery.
• Overseeing the implementation and enforcement of all safety programs, ensuring full compliance with company standards and industry regulations across all subcontractors and site operations.
• Making strategic decisions related to project performance, including scheduling, logistics planning, delivery sequencing, quality control, and staffing strategies for all trade partners.
• Coordinating and overseeing daily activities among all trades to ensure seamless field operations, efficient workflow, and alignment with project milestones.
• Troubleshooting and resolving project-level challenges involving design clarifications, procedural conflicts, resource availability, and equipment or labor constraints.
• Building and managing strong working relationships with subcontractors, including handling labor relations issues as they arise.
• Reviewing, approving, and managing mock-ups, testing procedures, and commissioning-related activities specific to data center systems.
• Tracking and supporting project financial performance, assisting in maintaining budgets and identifying risks or cost-saving opportunities.
• Participating in the billing process, including Work-In-Place (WIP) reporting, verification of completed work, and review of subcontractor invoices and payment applications.
• Ensuring all work is executed in full compliance with approved contract documents, specifications, and quality expectations unique to mission-critical environments.
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams to evaluate, document, and implement design changes or value-engineering solutions.
• Maintaining continuous, clear communication with all project partners to keep stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and decisions.
• Leading or supporting project meetings, including preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and capturing meeting minutes when required.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as directed by executive leadership to support overall project or organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Project Manager will have:

• 6 or more years experience as a lead Superintendent responsible for leading large project sites in one or more of the following areas: Hyperscale Datacenters, Complex Industrial Projects, or Large Scale Vertical Construction
• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $50M+ to $500M+ in total construction cost.
• Experience working with mission critical, data center, industrial, advanced manufacturing, or highly technical facilities.
• Strong background in project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing project teams in fast-paced construction environments.
• Experience managing subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and scope management.
• Proven ability to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and complex building infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Ability to lead project meetings, progress reviews, and executive-level client presentations.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control programs.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining exceptional safety performance and regulatory compliance.
• Experience developing and maintaining master project schedules and recovery plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and project objectives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, change orders, contingency, and cash flow.
• Experience negotiating and resolving complex project challenges and contract-related issues.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Ability to analyze project metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean Construction principles and best practices is highly preferred.
• Experience with design-build, GMP, negotiated, or self-perform project delivery methods.
• Ability to travel as required to support project and client needs.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Experience working directly with Fortune 500, hyperscale, or enterprise clients is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
