Job Description

Supply Chain Management Site Operations Manager

Leads Fort Bliss warehouse and physical-logistics operations, including the CBA-covered workforce, daily throughput, safety, and Acceptance Quality Limit performance. Directs receiving, storage, inventory, MRO/receipt processing, packaging, COSIS, MHE, transportation, discrepancy, turn-in, and property operations. Manages staffing, shift coverage, overtime, safety, and continuity. M anages receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations at Fort Bliss, TX, and provides supply chain management and analysis support at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This includes forecasting, demand planning, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives. Proficient in Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) and Single Stock Fund (SSF) operations, and performs all supply chain management tasks, including inventory, requisition, material release, transportation, packaging, hazardous material management, and property book oversight. Wholesale and retail inventory operations

Management of unserviceable items and materiel retrograde operations

Line of balance reviews
Transportation management
Packaging management
Hazardous material management
Classified and sensitive material management
Warehouse management
Property book management and oversight
Review and analysis of supply management operations
Budget review and execution
Contingency operations and mobilization support
Logistics systems integration support Hardware and software engineering support
Operation and maintenance of Logistics Modernization Programs (LMP)
Use of Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS)
Controlled substitution (cannibalization) operations
Army Total Package Fielding (TPF) and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIPs)
Spare parts analysis from a materiel management perspective
Disposition of material and equipment

Requirements

Bachelor's in a relevant field
7+ years physical logistics
3+ years DoD leadership
Army warehousing experience to include LMP/GCSS-Army/STAMIS, Property and inventory controls, MHE safety, HAZMAT/freight, Workforce and Collective Bargaining Agreement coordination
SECRET clearance or eligibility
