Linux Engineer

Insight Global is actively hiring multiple TS/SCI with Polygraph cleared Senior Linux Engineers to support a newly awarded IC Program at Fort Meade. The selected candidates will work in a team responsible for providing Linux Administration and support in a highly classified environment. All candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance to be considered for this role. Minimum job requirements include: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance - Required 10+ years experience in Linux Engineering and Administration Strong background in troubleshooting experience (VM & application logs & tracking down sources/causes of VM or application issues) Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher for containerized workloads; familiarity with Apache NiFi or similar data integration tools Working knowledge of Ansible for automation and configuration management; hands-on experience managing VMs in OpenStack, VMware, or AWS; ability to troubleshoot SSH, performance, and network-related issues in Linux environments; experience applying security hardening (STIG, STE/STN) and maintaining compliance documentation (SSP); experience with network flow monitoring tools Active Security+ Certification Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this team and exact pay will vary based on candidates level of experience, expertise, and clearance level.
