Cloud Command And Control EngineerCloudFit Software is seeking Cloud Command and Control Engineers to join our growing Command and Control Center team in beautiful Downtown, Lynchburg, VA. CloudFit Command and Control Engineers (CCEs) protect our customers' interests 24x7x365 as they backstop our CloudFit Software Automation. CloudFit CCEs engage with customers in critical situations, CloudFit CCEs must be comfortable working with our executives in a fast paced environment. CloudFit CCEs will interface with customer's business, development, and operations via phone, tickets, and email.Responsibilities:Monitor / backstop automation 24x7x365Engage customers via phone, email and ticketsProvide Command and Control leadership on Major Incident BridgesInterface with customer and CloudFit executive management both proactively and reactivelySupport customers via phone, email, and ticketsWhat makes you the perfect fit for this role:Excellent customer service skillsHigh level of adaptability and flexibility; able to multi-task and work on numerous projects simultaneouslyExcitement for working in a fast paced environmentHigh degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with othersAbility to prioritize tasks/projects and handle critical situations efficientlyPassion for working and communicating with necessary stakeholders (customers, team members, community members, etc.)Excellent communicator with great verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsHigh technical aptitude; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systemsHunger to grow and learn more - this is an entry level role with endless potential for career developmentSome nice haves (but not required):Cloud and DevOps certificationsProven track record of leading customers digital transformation though cloud services managementEngineering, Mathematics, Management Information Services or Computer Science Degree (or certificate)Shift time and schedule for this role can include any of the following times:Frontend Team:1st Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 7am - 5pm2nd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 4pm - 2am3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 12am - 10amBackend Team:1st Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 7am – 5pm2nd Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 4pm - 2am3rd Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 12am - 10amThe salary range for this role is $16.83 - $21.63 + benefits, & perks. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate's final level and location.
