We are looking for motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join our growing team in Mt. Sterling, Ohio. What You'll Be Doing As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play an important role in producing high-quality prosthetic products that help improve people’s everyday lives. Your responsibilities will include: Operating manufacturing equipment and performing hands-on production tasks. Following established procedures and work instructions to ensure product quality and consistency. Inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Using basic hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment as needed. Accurately recording production information and completing required documentation. Working closely with team members to achieve daily production goals. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Following company safety guidelines and quality control procedures. Participating in cross-training and learning additional manufacturing processes. Performing other production-related duties as assigned. What Makes You a Great Fit?
