Data Collection: Unit Information: MICU Location: Riverside CA Address: 4445 Magnolia St., Riverside CA Floor: G4 Building: G Tower General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 35 Number of Staff 94 Type of staff: Day Shift dependent on census 1 CNC (charge), 1 PCT, up to 19 RNs Night Shift - dependent on census 1 CNC (charge), 1 PCT, up to 19 RNs Patient Ratios 1:2 Type of equipment EVDs, ventilators, EV1000, rapid infusers, Ceribell EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Greater than 1 year ICU experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Neurological, trauma, or cardiac ICU experience Experience as a preceptor and/or charge nurse List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Central line/HD/a-line insertion, wound care, post-neurological intervention care Best personality Fit: Positive, upbeat, hard working REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS Floating Area(s): SICU, CVU, PCU, ED holds (ICU patients) Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
