Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychosocial, environmental, and developmental health status.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely, monitor patient responses, and document all related activities accurately.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in medical records to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and support staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care delivery.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations to stabilize and provide necessary care to patients.
Education: High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Technical/Vocational School [Required]
Work Experience: 1+ in an acute care setting [Preferred]
