Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting within a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
• Manage patient assignments at varying acuity ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on patient needs
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective neonatal patient care
• Float between units or sister facilities as operationally required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State RN license or active Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to work night shifts including variable weekends
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (references may include Charge RNs or Leads)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a teaching hospital or high-acuity NICU environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and documentation requirements
