Systems Field Administrator

Oxford Solutions is hiring a Systems Administrator for a contract-to-hire role supporting an IT consulting environment. This position is remote within the U.S. and must support Eastern Time hours. In this role you will manage and support customer infrastructure, provide advanced technical support, and assist with long-term IT initiatives in a managed services setting.ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 3 technical support for customer environmentsManage and support Windows Server and Active Directory systemsMonitor networks, systems, and devices for assigned customersTriage and resolve support tickets while meeting SLA and KPI expectationsSupport cloud and virtualization environmentsAssist with onboarding and offboarding customers and systemsCreate and maintain technical documentationSupport junior team members and participate in on-call rotationQualifications3-5 years of Systems Engineering experience in a Windows Active Directory environmentMSP or customer-facing IT support experience preferredStrong experience with Windows Server administration and patchingExperience with VMware vSphere/ESXi; Hyper-V or Nutanix a plusWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)Experience with Azure and/or AWS environmentsFamiliarity with Azure Entra, MFA, and conditional accessStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to support EST hours and work occasional off-hours maintenanceContract to hireRemote within the U.S.Eastern Time hours requiredOccasional travel to customer sites as neededJ-18808-Ljbffr
