Your Role: As a Customer Care Advisor , you’ll be at the heart of our operation—providing expert support to our dealer network and boat owners while ensuring every customer experience reflects the Chris-Craft gold standard. What You’ll Do: Be the go-to expert for technical and parts support for dealers. Respond to customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and a smile. Process and track parts orders—ensuring they get where they need to go, on time. Work closely with shipping and inventory teams to keep everything running smoothly. Solve challenges creatively, making decisions that satisfy both customers and the business. What You Bring to the Team: 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role ( marine industry experience is a plus! ). A customer-first mindset —you love helping people and solving problems. Strong communication skills both written and verbal Tech-savvy— ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office are all in your wheelhouse.
