Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

New Facility Opening September 1, 2026. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing high-quality care under the direction of RNs and physicians. Competitive hourly wages. We foster a growth-oriented environment.

Essential Duties:

• Deliver direct resident care

• Administer medications

• Assist with resident treatments

• Collaborate with Nursing team

• Documentation management

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse license

• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred

• Strong teamwork

• Effective communication skills
