Senior Warehouse Associate - Nights

Cencora seeks a Senior Warehouse Associate for night shift warehouse operations in Kansas City, supporting distribution services. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, and inventory management with potential equipment operation and controlled substance handling.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify merchandise against shipment records; report discrepancies
- Pick and stage customer orders from shelves using RF devices and place items in totes
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas
- Conduct daily inventory counts, research discrepancies, and enter data in computer systems
- May operate motorized equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks for inventory movement
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Minimum one year warehouse or related work experience
- Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels
- Basic math skills and strong organizational attention to detail
- Ability to operate RF devices and potentially forklifts or reach trucks
- Physical capability to work overtime and participate in inventory counts
Compensation: Up to $26.30 base pay; $2,000 sign-on bonus
