Quality Control Analyst

$27.15 - $42.43 per hour

Agilent seeks a Quality Control Analyst for its nucleic acid API manufacturing facility in Frederick, Colorado. The role involves routine and non-routine testing, process monitoring, and analytical work to support manufacturing and regulatory compliance in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine and non-routine testing for process water, environmental, and compressed gas monitoring
Perform testing to verify equipment cleaning and release for manufacturing
Analyze samples using UV, HPLC, and HPLC-MS instrumentation per cGMP protocols
Review data for specification compliance, troubleshoot failures, and drive corrective/preventive actions
Ensure equipment maintenance and documentation practices are followed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related life sciences field
0–2 years of relevant industry experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP guidelines
Experience with analytical instrumentation: HPLC, UV analysis, HPLC-MS
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with ChemStation software

Compensation: $27.15–$42.43/hr plus bonus, stock, and benefits
