Registered Nurse - Dialysis
Burlington VT
Assignment for 13-16 weeks

• Outpatient Dialysis Tech for Joy Dr. Address: 35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403.
• Must be flexible with schedule - will work 8/9/10/12H shifts as needed.
• Floating as needed to St. Albans & Berlin is required.
• No call but Saturday requirements.
• ESRD: Chronic renal patients.
• Requirements: " AHA BLS
• Prior travel experience preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience required
• A minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience required
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 6/15 " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended
