CMDS, the area’s leading internet marketing services agency, is hiring a rockstar Junior Social Media Strategist in NJ to manage social media channels for our valued clients, our marketing agency, and our CEO’s personal brand. Here’s the deal – this isn’t your average social media position. We want the best of the best. We want someone who can look at what we’ve done, and then take it to the next level. Obviously, we’re talking about Facebook, Linked In, Twitter and Instagram, but we want you to be the subject area expert and tell us and our clients where else we should be and why. And we aren’t just saying that. At CMDS, you will truly have the opportunity and the agency to think outside of the box, innovate, and grow. In fact, innovation is a critical piece of the role. If you think you’ve cracked the code on what works on social, this role will require you to push that assumption even further. The services that we provide for our clients are top-tier. And it’s for that reason that we’ll expect our Junior Social Media Strategist to be constantly pushing the limits. About You! The CMDS Junior Social Media Strategist will approach each day differently based on client/agency/CEO/project needs. The Social Media Innovation Strategist must be experienced in the following: Engaging Content creation Writing click-worthy ad copy Organic social media management Paid social media management Analytics analysis (Google Analytics, etc.) Landing Page Optimization/testing Maximizing the features of social media channels (IGTV/Reels/Posts/Stories, etc) This position is a full-time, on-site position with a salary up to $40,000 based on experience. COMPENSATION

We’ll pay for approximately 50% of your medical, 100% dental, 2 weeks paid vacation plus holidays and EVERY Friday off as well as give you a great place to grow. Salary for this position ranges up to $40,000 per year.
