Administrative Analyst I The County of San Diego offers an entry-level Administrative Analyst I position eligible for appointment at Step 1, $72,696.00 annually. This role supports county operations and services in areas such as financial management, budget preparation, purchasing, contract administration and monitoring, cost/benefit analysis, human resources, general administration, and special projects requiring quantitative and analytical skills. Provide general administrative support to managers and executives. Assist with financial management tasks including budgeting and cost-benefit analysis. Support purchasing, contract administration, monitoring, and compliance. Contribute to human resources duties and general administration. Participate in special projects requiring analytical and quantitative skills. Minimum Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency. OR, four (4) years of full-time experience performing research and analytical work, personnel, budget, or program evaluation assignments. Education and work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis; college-level coursework must demonstrate progress toward a degree if used as a substitute.
