This role involves assisting with various project phases, from initiation to closure, to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Job Responsibilities \* Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities. \* Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence. \* Maintain and update project schedules, databases, and other relevant systems. \* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items. \* Facilitate communication and information flow between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors. \* Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation related to projects. \* Assist with procurement processes, including creating purchase orders and tracking deliveries. \* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate to Project Managers as needed. \* Organize and maintain project files, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper documentation control. \* Perform general administrative duties as required to support project operations. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. \* 2-4 years of experience in a project support or administrative role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or utility services industry. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. \* Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) is a plus. \* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. \* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \* Strong attention to detail and accuracy. \* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
