Manufacturing Engineer

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive continuous improvement across a high-volume manufacturing environment. Description Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations Troubleshoot process disruptions, quality issues, and production bottlenecks Develop and maintain standard work and labor standards Improve workflow, ergonomics, material presentation, and process layouts Lead continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Facilities teams Drive operational efficiency, waste reduction, and process stability Profile Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline 3+ years of manufacturing engineering or production support experience Experience within high-volume manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environments preferred Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor Spanish language skills are a plus Job Offer Base salary: $90,000 - $130,000 Annual bonus opportunity Comprehensive healthcare benefits Strong 401(k) program Generous PTO package Professional growth opportunities within a growing organization If you are a hands-on engineer who enjoys improving operations and making an immediate impact, we'd love to speak with you.
