Position Overview

We are hiring multiple roles within our Entry-Level Data Entry department. At GetMeHealthcare, we provide everything you need to succeed from day one. This includes paid training, structured onboarding, daily support, and access to the same systems that power our sales organization. You will utilize our proprietary platforms, including The Gorilla CRM and Aurora, to verify applications, manage client information, and support production at a high level. This is a fast paced, production driven environment where precision, speed, and consistency matter.

Compensation

Core Responsibilities Across Roles

Review, verify, and process application data for accuracy and compliance Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions professionally Support sales representatives with backend processing and issue resolution Maintain accurate and organized client records across internal systems Identify and correct discrepancies quickly and efficiently Work within deadlines in a high volume production environment

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Strong organizational and time management skills Clear and professional communication skills Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly Coachability and willingness to improve daily Experience in customer service, data entry, insurance, or call center environments is a plus but not required.
