Bartender - Part Time
The Midwestern | 900 Spruce St
Join The Midwestern, a vibrant and fast-paced sports bar, as a Bartender! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our hospitality team, crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding service to our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and thrive in a high-volume environment, this position is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Food and Beverage Service: Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Bar Operations: Mix, pour, and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines.
- Bar Stocking: Ensure the bar is fully stocked with supplies and ingredients.
- Kitchen Operations: Assist with general bar preparation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Previous bartending or restaurant server experience, particularly in high-volume settings.
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and classic cocktails.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
