This role goes beyond support—you will actively contribute to lead conversion, pipeline growth, and customer experience while learning the daily behaviors, metrics, and decision-making of top-performing Loan Officers.You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals, engage directly with customers, and use modern digital and AI-enabled tools to manage relationships, prioritize leads, and drive results.
