Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities:Sales servicesManage all store sales, marketing execution, and budgets in liaison with Senior ManagementReport daily sales and capture all credit card and cash receiptsDeposit money into bank accounts daily and submit sales reports as requiredMaintain budgets and record inventory for all purchases and salesPerform inventory counts as needed and work with local and regional leaders to create new, cost-effective displays and strategiesPrepare forecasts with HKG category buyers based on stock rotationCustomer ServiceRespond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they ariseMaintain a clean store environment safe from all hazardsOrganize special store functions and eventsSupervisionManage and communicate the staff's weekly schedulesMotivate sales team with effective communication and provide awards and incentives as earnedPublic RelationsInteract and maintain good relationships with Airport Staff (if applicable) and advise Senior Management of any important activities that may arise, network or personnel changes relevant to the business or opportunities to expandRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred or recent related experienceManagement experienceThe flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stay calm, patient, and professional at all timesStrong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staffExcellent customer service skills and knowledge of balancing and maintaining budgets display strong attention to detailPhysical demands and work environment:Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hearEmployees must occasionally lift and/or move objects in excess of 25 pounds and be able to determine when having help will be safer than attempting to move the object aloneSpecific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus #J-18808-Ljbffr Ariva Group Llc
