Kitchen/Back of House Team Member As a Team Member, you play a crucial role in our success. When things slow down, know what you should be doing next You will be trained in the “Chick-fil-A” way, strive to hold to that standard Job Description - Back of House Team Member Energetic and fast-paced team members who can handle the stresses of a kitchen job during a busy period. Must be humble and able to be flexible in their job assignments while also taking initiative to fulfill their tasks.
