Job Summary The Senior Territory Manager supports field and maintenance teams in delivering high‑quality services to existing clients and introduces Agiliti services to new potential clients in a locally defined area. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers in the designated region. Monitor key performance indicators. Facilitate pickup and delivery of equipment as needed. Deliver educational content on medical devices. Collaborate with the Divisional Operations Manager to introduce new Agiliti services. Lead onboarding of new clients. Develop and maintain relationships with departmental and mid‑level management at client organizations. Prepare, complete, and review analyses, surveys, and reports for clients. Understand contractual provisions and the contracting process for maintenance and repair services. Ensure compliance with Customer, Quality, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and service quality. Coordinate service efforts for unexpected mobile lab or equipment failure. Perform other duties as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 50% travel required; ability to travel on short notice. Experience in hospital sterile processing and operating room environments. 5 years of management, sales, or customer service experience preferred. 2 years of Central Sterile Processing Department or Operating Room experience preferred. Knowledge of assigned region and client landscape preferred. Experience in service‑delivery logistics and cost efficiencies preferred. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Proven track record in matrix management of geographically dispersed staff. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Certification from IAHCSMM and CBSPD preferred, obtainable within six months of hire. Strong leadership and team‑building skills. Ability to organize, prepare, and deliver effective customer presentations. Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and operate a computer while communicating with teammates.
