Data Quality Stream Leader - BCBS 239

The Finance & Procurement Direction of Crdit Agricole CIB supports, organizes, and ensures the balanced development of the Bank and its Business Lines. It helps with strategic orientation. It provides methods and tools for piloting, measuring, and analyzing activity and efficiency, produces financial information, manages financial risks, and executes hedging operations. It also ensures the relationship with the Bank's suppliers and defines the policies and strategies for purchasing.

Within the Finance & Procurement Direction, the FPM (Finance Project Management) department manages the portfolio and conducts projects with an IT component. It pilots the System Information Scheme of the Direction, its data model, and ensures the coherence of evolution projects. It operationally manages the business settings of the Direction's applications.

Attached to the RDARR (formerly BCBS 239) Project Director, the Data Quality Stream Leader is responsible for deploying the Data Quality Management aspect of the RDARR project of CACIB in compliance with the best practices issued by the Group program. In this capacity, he will be required to pilot one or more providers.

Piloting the Data Quality Management Project BCBS 239 Define and maintain the Data Quality Management strategy and roadmap in line with RDARR/BCBS 239 requirements and the Group program's best practices Coordinate the deployment of the Data Quality Management system on the various risk perimeters covered by the project Ensure the consistency of practices between business, data, and IT teams

Adaptation and Implementation of the CACIB Data Quality Framework for BCBS 239 Define the relevant quality dimensions (completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, etc.) and their fields of application (uses, essential data, etc.) Supervise the implementation of quality controls and pilot dashboards Contribute, if necessary, to the definition and deployment of tooling

Transverse Coordination and Governance

Work closely with Data teams (GDO in central, CDOs of districts, and business DQ teams) to ensure the overall coherence of the system

Lead and/or participate in Data instances on the Data Quality Management aspect

Report on the progress of the project to the project director and BCBS 239 sponsor

Contribute to the documentation of the system

Main internal functional liaisons- Close collaboration with the FPM department and, more broadly, with all FIX business lines (GSP, ALM, IFR)- Regular work with GIT teams (CSI, DEC, MAP/GDO)- Regular work with RPC, ESG, HRE, CPL, and upstream business lines (GMD, GFD)- Collaboration with CASA which leads the Group program

The majority of positions are eligible for teleworking under the conditions provided for by our agreement based on double volunteering (employee & manager) and after a successful integration period.

Candidate Criteria

Minimum level of education: Bac + 5 / M2 and more

Training / Specialization: Business school, engineering school, University

Minimum level of experience: 11 years and more

Experience: Project Manager / Data Office / Risks / Regulatory Compliance

Skills required

Technical skills

Knowledge of BCBS 239 principles and data governance in a banking environment

Confirmed experience on a data quality project (piloting, tooling, indicators, processes)

Good understanding of risk types (credit risk, liquidity, rate, market, etc.)
