You will lead recruitment, employee relations, safety compliance, and payroll administration to align HR with plant operations. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to support a diverse production team; 5+ years HR, including 3+ years in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA, and food safety culture.
