About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead the national brand strategy, consumer engagement, and marketing innovation for a highly recognized consumer product. This role is pivotal in shaping and elevating the brand, requiring a leader with a strong background in brand strategy, media, digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's national strategy, positioning, and messaging, as well as leading high-impact advertising, media, sponsorship, and promotional initiatives. Collaboration with executive leaders, industry stakeholders, and independent organizations is essential to build alignment around a shared brand vision and to monitor brand performance, consumer insights, and market trends. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in brand, marketing, or consumer engagement leadership, with a proven track record of influencing complex stakeholder groups. The role demands an individual with executive presence, exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills, who can balance innovation and growth with consumer trust and brand integrity. Experience in highly matrixed, franchise, membership, regulated, or multi-entity environments is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving innovation across digital marketing, CRM, mobile engagement, and emerging consumer channels, and will be instrumental in building marketing capabilities, processes, and long-term strategic roadmaps.
