Pediatric Occupational Therapist | Bellevue, WA

Compensation: $85,000–$110,000/yr (depending on experience) + Pr oductivity bonus structure + retention bonus

What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based pediatric OT services in a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with SLPs and PTs to develop holistic care plans
• Participate in ongoing clinical learning and shared innovation
• Contribute to program development and help shape therapy resources and materials
• Empower parents with practical tools and strategies to support their child's growth

Role Overview

• Full or Part-time: Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
• Compensation: $85,000–$110,000/yr (depending on experience)
• Productivity bonus structure + retention bonus

• Bellevue Clinic: 3,500 sq ft with 1 large gym, 1 small gym, and individual treatment rooms each stocked with supplies and swing attachment options.
• At both locations, the staff office is a shared, collaborative space where all therapists work together, because community is built into the design.

Qualifications

• An active (or pending) OTR/L license in Washington State
• Someone who thrives in a team-driven, growth-minded environment
• Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practices and meaningful, whole-child care
• Energized by learning and sharing across disciplines
