In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen dishware, equipment, and work areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for both guests and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesClean, sanitize, and properly store all china, glassware, and silverwareOperate and maintain dishwashing equipmentBreak down trays and sort items efficientlyMaintain cleanliness of the dishroom, kitchen aisles, and dock areasEmpty and clean trash receptaclesClean and maintain dish machines, tables, walls, and floorsSupport team members as needed and perform additional duties as assignedQualificationsAbility to communicate in EnglishSelf-motivated with a positive and steady demeanorProfessional appearance and strong work ethicTeam-oriented with a willingness to assist othersStrong attention to cleanliness and detailWork EnvironmentFlexible schedule required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysFrequent walking and prolonged standingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Performance ExpectationsCustomer Service Excellence Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and treat all guests and team members with courtesy and respect.Work Habits Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and adherence to grooming and uniform standards.
