What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be jumping into  active job sites , handling complex installs, troubleshooting like a pro, and making sure the job gets done  right the first time . Responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting  blueprints and electrical schematics
• Installing and maintaining electrical systems:  conduit ,  MC cable ,  Romex , etc.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical problems efficiently
• Performing  routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Keeping work sites  clean, organized, and safe
• Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors
• Staying on top of assigned tasks  without needing constant oversight

• Deep knowledge of  electrical systems, tools, and current code standards
• Ability to read and work from  blueprints with confidence
• Strong  problem-solving and  troubleshooting skills
• Your own  hand tools and cordless tools (and know how to use them)
• The ability to  work independently and own your responsibilities
• A clean  driving record and dependable  transportation
• Reliable, 40-hour-a-week availability
• A commitment to  doing it right, doing it clean, and doing it on time
