What You'll Do:

• Build lasting relationships with customers and create customers for life
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by understanding their needs and goals
• Become a product expert on our new and pre-owned inventory, vehicle features, technology, and available options
• Deliver professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure an outstanding experience
• Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service
• Learn effective sales techniques and confidently overcome objections
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve individual and team goals
• Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work every day
