Responsibilities: Develop project schedules, identify critical milestones, and ensure timely completion. Maintain and update communication documents to facilitate seamless information flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and production. Contribute to project scope development and ensure adherence to scope-of-work. Communicate regularly with customer representatives and provide project updates. Manage project budgets and control costs effectively. Promote professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction within the team. Conduct post-project reviews and recommend improvements. Support the Project Management team as needed. Travel up to 15% as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related experience. Proven leadership and project management skills.
