Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Duration: 12 + Months Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Overview We are seeking an experienced EHS Orientation Trainer to deliver engaging, safety-focused onboarding programs that prepare new hires for success from day one. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across our organization. Responsibilities Facilitate onboarding and orientation training sessions (classroom and hands-on). Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations to align with OSHA standards and company policies. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Collaborate with department leaders and training coordinators to tailor programs to specific roles. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal requirements. Must-Have Qualifications OSHA 30 Authorized Trainer (Construction) certification (required) 3–5 years of classroom training delivery experience 3–5 years of training content development experience 1–2 years of hands-on training experience Strong communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to different learning styles Preferred Qualifications Experienced Trainer in one or more of the following areas: Fall Protection; Confined Space; Forklift / Rough Terrain; CPR / First Aid / AED; Fire Extinguisher Safety; Electrical Safety (NFPA 70E) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Other #J-18808-Ljbffr Cube Hub Inc.
