Electromechanical Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. This role requires strong soldering skills, good hand dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble components, subassemblies, and final units using work instructions and schematics Solder electrical components, wires, and connectors to company standards Assemble precision rare earth magnetic components Inspect assemblies for accuracy, alignment, and overall quality Test assemblies for proper mechanical and electrical functionality Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures Complete production logs, documentation, and quality checklists Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or soldering experience Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and instructions Preferred Experience in electronics, medical device, aerospace, or precision assembly environments Familiarity with ESD handling and lean manufacturing practices Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Ability to lift 25–40 lbs Good hand-eye coordination for soldering and assembly tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
