Opportunity Summary

Join a boutique litigation practice representing financial institutions, where you'll be trusted with real casework from day one instead of sitting on the sidelines. This is a rare opportunity for a newly licensed attorney to gain hands-on experience across every phase of litigation - pleadings through trial prep - in a firm small enough to give you direct mentorship and real ownership of your cases.
Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Appear in court on behalf of clients
Prepare cases for trial, including strategy development
Manage an active litigation caseload from filing through resolution

Qualifications

Required

Active license and good standing with the State Bar of California
No prior litigation experience required - newly licensed attorneys are welcome to apply
Ability to reliably commute to Carlsbad, CA

Preferred

Experience in collections/bankruptcy litigation a plus
