Pharmacy Technician - Pharmacy Tech


Job Details:


• Work 8-hour day shifts with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Every third weekend and holiday rotation required
• May be required to float to other Central Aspirus locations if needed
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Work in the oncology center IV room in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Minimum 1 year of IV room experience required
• Hazardous drug/chemotherapy IV compounding experience REQUIRED
• Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) compounding experience needed
• Knowledge of Abacus/Baxa compounding software and Repeater pump beneficial
• Simplifi/SoleSource software experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience highly preferred
• Must work with Pyxis and clean room environment
• Required certifications: PTCB/ChT, Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician license
• Media Fill test certification preferred
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Must be located outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times
