What You'll Do

1. Engage and manage warm inbound leads with urgency and consistency.
2. Drive outbound activity through calls, texts, email, and social channels.
3. Lead consultations to uncover motivation, timing, and goals.
4. Maintain a disciplined CRM-driven pipeline and follow-up system.
5. Show properties, host open houses, and conduct listing appointments.
6. Negotiate contracts with confidence and professionalism.
7. Guide clients through inspections, appraisals, and closing processes.
8. Communicate proactively with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors.
9. Deliver 5-star service at every touchpoint, every time.
