Position Overview Daytime Fixed Shift Position: 7 days on, 14 days off at HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center and John C. Lincoln Valley Anesthesiology Consultants. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed annual salary $350K + unit‑based productivity compensation. Fixed $$/unit value plus $100K total bonus package. W‑2 position. Company paid malpractice with tail coverage, state licensure, DEA, facility credentialing, MOCA, ASA & AZSA membership. Duties & Responsibilities Provide anesthesia for trauma patients in the ED and subsequently to OR. Perform sedation, regional blocks, intubations and line placement. Handle 3 ED trauma calls per shift, typically 1–2 patients moved to OR per week. Work daytime shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m.) with no overnight call. Opportunity for additional shifts during 24 additional days off per year. Location Highlights Deer Valley Medical Center: 204‑bed Level1 Trauma Center, full‑service hospital, endoscopy suites, hybrid rooms, cath labs, NORA sites. JohnC.Lincoln Medical Center: 266‑bed Level1 Trauma Center, robotic and scar‑less surgery, extensive cardiology and heart‑care services.
