Support Specialist

Responsibilities As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving a variety of issues across an enterprise level organization. Track the status of product orders, support supply chain and product movement. Handle work orders and maintenance management processes. Assist with general ledger entries. Ensure accurate financial reporting, providing technical support and guiding users through the process of fixing their issues. Requirements Educational Background: Strong background in education, finance, or supply chain management. Remote Work Experience: Proven track record of working remotely. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with accounts payable, procurement, warehouse management, and general ledger processes. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using ServiceNow ticketing system is a strong plus. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to educate and guide users. Adaptability: Drive and disposition to handle diverse and complex issues. Ticket Management: Ability to handle 15-30 calls/tickets per day, with potential for increased volume. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
