Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Location: Remote / San Francisco, CA (Hybrid as needed)



Job Type: Contract (12 Months, potential for extension)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of workflows in the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions tailored to public sector needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Design and configure custom workflows within ServiceNow HRSD, aligned with PeopleSoft and third-party systems.
• Implement ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, Case and Knowledge Management.
• Develop custom scripts, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow tools.
• Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT); troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
• Create technical and process documentation to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
• Deliver training sessions and support user adoption through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Provide post-deployment support, including bug fixes, enhancements, and performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and support.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (must provide proof of certification).
• Proven experience designing and delivering workflows within ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
• Experience with systems integration (e.g., PeopleSoft, REST APIs).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to document technical designs, use cases, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Additional Information:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• This position may require occasional onsite meetings in San Francisco, CA.

Minimum Qualifications:

Evidence that Proposer has at least three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in the performance of services requested by this Solicitation.

Certification: Proof of Proposer's ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certificate
