Senior Coordinator, Firm Administration

Learn more about who we are and what we’re building: In this role, you will: Deliver exceptional client service through professional communication with clients, team members, and business partners. Provide administrative support to the advisory team while assisting with day-to-day office operations. Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Take ownership of assignments while exercising sound judgment and recognizing when to elevate issues. Support billing, accounts receivable, and other administrative functions during tax season. Coordinate document management, scanning, workflow assignments, and other administrative processes. Utilize firm technology and software applications to support daily operations and improve efficiency. Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple offices while building strong working relationships. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment in all client and internal interactions What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably within a CPA firm, law firm, or other professional services environment. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated professionalism, maturity, and the ability to work effectively with individuals across different personalities and leadership styles. Ability to work full‑time onsite and travel between the Baileywick and Fairhill offices as needed.
