Supporting logistical tasks such as moving furniture or equipment during office relocations, including lifting and navigating stairs. Responding to weather conditions by performing snow removal or other weather-related maintenance tasks, ensuring public safety during adverse conditions. Maintaining the cleanliness of flower beds, walkways, and trash receptacles to promote a tidy environment.What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: A background in manual labor, maintenance, or groundskeeping, with the ability to handle physical tasks safely. Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions—rain, sun, or cold. Experience operating power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and pressure washers, or willingness to learn. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for logistical support. Ability to work a flexible schedule ranging from 15 to 30 hours weekly based on project needs.
