As a member of our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes to ensure they are living the most positive and purposeful lives possible. This will allow you to connect with seniors on a personal level and make a positive impact on their day-to-day health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Accompany seniors to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping & organization
• Meal preparation
• Transportation (appointments or grocery shopping)
• Personal care
• Companionship
• Open Communication
• Private Duty Nursing (if CNA is delegated)

In Home Caregiver Requirements:

• CNA or HCA license, OR actively enrolling in classes to become a CNA or HCA within 120 days of hire (per Washington state law)
• Valid Driver's License, automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
• Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
