Your Role as a Lead Teacher We are looking for enthusiastic educators who lead classrooms, guide young learners, and prioritize safety and well‑being. You will plan engaging activities that promote growth across developmental areas and build strong partnerships with parents through open communication. $150 Sign‑On Bonus Requirements At least 18 years old, pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of starting. Early Childhood Education education and experience in a licensed center are a big plus. Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
