As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Westfield, NJ at the Westfield Plaza branch. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

The Branch Banker will:

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships as well as community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Demonstrate a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

Base Salary: $49,500.00 – $82,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 09/08/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
