Recruiting CoordinatorGTRJOBS is growing, and we're looking for a detail-driven, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced recruiting team. This role sits at the center of our recruiting and onboarding process — ensuring candidates, clients, and internal teams have a smooth, accurate, and professional experience from start to finish. If you thrive in structured environments, enjoy keeping things organized, and want exposure to the staffing industry, this is a great opportunity.What You'll DoProvide daily recruiting support, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communicationsManage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment stepsAssist recruiters with job postings, resume formatting, and candidate trackingCommunicate with placed employees regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and system accessSupport recruiters with pipeline organization and status updatesRun front desk operations independentlyWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail — accuracy mattersComfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and clientsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelData entry experience requiredPrevious administrative, customer service, or office experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWhy GTRJOBS?Fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExposure to recruiting and staffing operationsOpportunity to grow within the organizationSupportive leadership and hands-on trainingIf you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute immediately, we encourage you to apply.
