Recovery Support Professional

Lutheran Social Services is seeking a compassionate Recovery Support Professional to empower adults facing behavioral health and housing challenges. In this role, you will provide person-centered, recovery-focused support through coaching, skill-building, and advocacy. You will help clients develop independent living skills, connect to community resources, and follow individualized service plans. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered team, you will collaborate with clinicians and case managers, maintain accurate documentation, and support crisis and safety plans. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact while growing professionally in a supportive, values-based nonprofit environment.
