Responsibilities

Build & Scale Your Business: Establish and operate a professional retail insurance agency within the Nashville area with direct staff support.

Lead a Sales Team : Hire, motivate, and direct sales team members to expand your client pipeline.

Execute Marketing Strategies: Drive community outreach, referral networking, and marketing campaigns using Farmers' established brand support.

Provide Client Solutions : Match individuals, families, and commercial entities across Middle Tennessee with comprehensive insurance coverage.

Drive Agency Growth : Take full accountability for agency performance, goals, and revenue growth.

Requirements

Unmatched Drive & Motivation: High energy, goal-oriented mindset, and a relentless desire to succeed and build wealth.

Experience Level: Entry-level candidates with high ambition are welcome; no prior insurance or ownership experience is required.

Licensing: Ability to obtain Tennessee Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses (100% free study materials providedNO repayment contract required).

Background Vetting: Ability to satisfy standard Farmers background and financial guidelines (credit and criminal background check).

People Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build quick rapport with clients and community members.
