Quality Assurance RepresentativeThis position oversees compliance to the policies, procedures, work instructions contained in the quality management system. Also, responsible for exercising the disposition of material placed in the "Material Review Bay" as well as a resource to Plant personnel as trainer on quality system documents and record keeping duties to show compliance to system requirements.Key Accountabilities:Document and data control oversight in Plant, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices, corrective and preventive actions and their follow-ups, oversight of quality records held in Plant, process auditing for compliance to procedures, implementing statistical control of equipment and processes.Responsible for accurate information and timely processing of non-conforming material.QAR does not own responsibility for all Plant training; QAR will act as trainer on quality department documentsResponsible to ensure proper records are maintained for gages, nonconforming material, inspection forms, stamp logs, etc.Meets TK Accelis Employee Attributes / CompetenciesThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job. It is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities or requirements.Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain quality standards and documentation.Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.Customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and Root Cause Analysis.Experience with document control and quality records.Ability to create and maintain procedures and work instructions.Ability to work effectively with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams.Quality systems training preferred but not required.
