Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Accounting located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. Our location is in Southwest Austin near Southwest Parkway. The Director of Accounting will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role involves developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, supporting audits, and contributing to strategic financial planning. The Director of Accounting will collaborate with other teams to provide insights and ensure the overall financial health of the organization. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting preparation and analysis Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and informing decision-making Experience in Finance management and financial planning Proven track record in leading financial operations and managing accounting teams Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in accounting software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr LP First Capital
